JOEL
MURRAY

Joel grew up in a small town in upstate New York and learned to play drums in local alternative rock and screamo bands that were very cool and not cringey at all in hindsight. He started writing solo acoustic tunes at college in Cleveland, where he met his partner Loee. After school the pair got married, moved to Los Angeles, and formed the indie folk duo The Murrays. After 8 years in LA, they moved to Nashville where Joel currently works as a software test engineer.

Joel's interests include cemetery wandering, dinosaurs, horror movies, and collecting tattoos.
